Inquiries
When you contact us, we use the name, email address, telephone number, company name and message you provide to respond to your inquiry. Providing information is voluntary, but we need a way to contact you to reply. Please do not send sensitive information through the contact form.
We handle inquiries by email and retain them for 12 months. The basis for processing is taking steps you request before entering into an agreement, or our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.
Website and service providers
Wix provides our website and contact forms and processes technical information and form submissions to operate and secure the website and deliver messages. Our email service processes correspondence on our behalf. Usercentrics provides the cookie consent interface, and Google provides Google Analytics 4. Cookies and analytics
Necessary technologies support website functions, security and your cookie choices. Optional analytics is activated only with your consent. Google Analytics 4 helps us understand visits, page views and interactions to improve the website. It processes pages visited, device and browser details, referral sources and cookie identifiers.

Analytics retention
Google Analytics retains event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months. The user-data retention period restarts with new activity. These settings do not determine how long aggregated reports are retained and are separate from our 12-month retention of email inquiries.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests.
